PP Edge-Banding Tapes for edge-Banding on BAZ

 

Thanks to a special composition of PP (polypropylene), this material is, due to its flexibility, suitable for edge banding of curves on BAZ cutting and machining centres during which its colour does not change.

 

PP edge-banding tapes are available to order in solid colour and wood-grain designs

with thicknesses of 2 mm.

 

The surface of the PP edge-banding tape is lacquered and thus provides a

high surface resistance to abrasion.

PP Tapes for Softforming and Wrapping

 

Due to its exceptional flexibility, PP tapes are also suitable for softforming and 2D wrapping of MDF profiles such as for example furniture fronts, coatings of interior doors and edge banding

of grooves on door leaves.

 

The PP edge-banding tape for wrapping is available in a thickness of 0.38 mm and is, due to its thickness, suitable for wrapping small radii and also does not change in colour despite the bending.

 

The surface of the PP edge-banding tape is lacquered and thus provides a high

surface resistance to abrasion.
